When I was choosing a hospital bag, I looked for a long time.
In the end, because underpads, maternity pads, nursing pads, disposable panties, and other close-to-skin items are all used directly on the body,

Three days after giving birth, when I was getting ready to get out of bed,

I started using the postpartum binder on the third day after my C-section. It helped reduce pulling around the wound and made the pain feel more manageable!

On the day I gave birth, my belly became much flatter!

So my lower belly still had a slight bulge~ I think it should be paired with exercise to train the abdominal muscles.
However, this postpartum binder really helped me with the discomfort around my postpartum wound! Highly recommended!
After a C-section, avoid pressing directly on the wound. The binder should be placed around the hip area and wrapped together!

Before delivery, I wasn’t sure whether I would be able to breastfeed, so I didn’t pay much attention to nursing pads.
